Kerry Logistics is committed to implementing Business Continuity Management (“BCM”) based on BCI Good Practice Guidelines and international standard ISO22301:2012. We strive to develop a BCM system to improve company-wide resilience in the event of significant business disruption. We will prepare and maintain Business Continuity Plans (“BCP”) to ensure that we can regain operational capability and continue to deliver our critical products and services, so far as it is reasonably practicable, when faced with an emergency.
This policy has been approved by the Global Executive Committee. It will be reviewed, and if necessary revised, annually to keep up to date and will be released on our company website. We welcome interested parties’ comments on the enforcement of the policy and the policy itself.
